Cloud Exchange 2019 now available from Intermedia!

Microsoft Exchange 2019 has just been released by Microsoft and we are excited to announce that cloud Exchange 2019 from Intermedia is now available! Improved User Experience
Microsoft is bringing some new calendaring capabilities into Exchange 2019 to help end users. End users will see new calendar features for Do Not Forward, better Out of Office, and default end dates for reoccurring meetings. These new features are important for heavy calendar users and organizations that rely on calendar sharing.
Here are the new features for users:
- Default End Date: Users are able to set a default end date when creating recurring series instead of leaving it as no-end-date
- Do Not Forward: Users can set a meeting in which attendees can’t forward the invitation to someone else
- Better Out of Office: Users have additional options when setting up automatic replies. With these options, the user can:
- Block their calendar for a specified period
- Decline new meeting invitations during a specified period
- Cancel meetings during a specified period
Intermedia Office Apps and Outlook 2019 Availability
Microsoft also recently announced the release of Office 2019, featuring powerful new features in each Office application. Office 2019 is a desktop-only version of applications in Office 365 and essentially includes a snapshot of features that are already available using Intermedia Office Apps, powered by Office 365. With these new features, users can create more dynamic presentations in PowerPoint, perform better data analysis in Excel, and increase their productivity in Word. Customers using Intermedia Office Apps automatically get the latest features from Microsoft so they already have every feature released in this Office 2019 update.
Outlook-only users or their system administrators will now be able to download Outlook 2019 from Intermedia per their licensing agreement.
