Intermedia Product Manager makes waves at the Product Management Festival 2018

At this year’s Product Management Festival in Zurich, Switzerland, Intermedia Product Manager Lilia Gorbachik took the stage as one of over 60 featured speakers, sharing best practices, experiences, and success stories. Her presentation, “Working with Partners”, described how we work with our partner community, highlighting our partner-first commitment to product development.

The Product Management Festival gathered over 1000 attendees from 42 countries and 385 companies for a 3-day conference that included interactive sessions across a wide range of product topics including AI/ML, Hardware, Leadership, Management Expertise, and more. Lilia spoke on Day 2 as part of the speaker sessions focused on the topic of B2B. Lilia’s subject matter was fairly unique for this conference, so her session was well-attended, and she received a lot of questions during the Q&A.

But the fun for Lilia didn’t stop there! Lilia was named to the Product Management Festival’s Women in Product in Europe List! Google hosted a Women in Product event to celebrate the winners, and Lilia received a beautiful certificate to mark her achievement. She is one of 50 women to receive this honor for 2018, which recognizes European women from “all backgrounds, from engineering to finance, from startups to corporations” who are “defining the future of Product Management.”

I asked Lilia how it felt to be part of such a unique cohort of talented women, and she had this to say:

I’m honored and touched. I’m grateful that my contribution to the PM community was highlighted. I feel that I do something important for others. I will continue contributing to the community, sharing my experience, and especially helping others who are just starting out or want to begin their career in IT.
