We’re proud to share that Intermedia has once again been certified as a Great Place to Work® – marking our fourth year in a row earning that recognition. We’re also excited to be named one of Fortune’s Best Workplaces in the Bay Area – a meaningful nod to the strong culture we’ve built at our Sunnyvale headquarters and across our global teams. 

What makes this especially meaningful is that both honors are based entirely on feedback from our employees. The survey measures trust, pride, collaboration, innovation, and how supported people feel. These results reflect more than just sentiment – they help drive the products we build, the service we provide, and the relationships we develop with our customers and partners, and we’re thrilled to see it celebrated on a national stage. 

A Culture That Belongs to Everyone 

At Intermedia, culture isn’t a tagline – it’s something we build and sustain together. One example is our employee-led Culture Club, which brings people together through wellness initiatives, volunteer efforts, and programs that help us stay connected across teams and time zones. From themed celebrations to fitness challenges and community outreach, these shared moments strengthen how we work and how we support one another. 

It’s one way we build from the inside – shaping a culture that not only brings people together, but also strengthens how we show up for customers, partners, and each other. 

Another example is Women of Intermedia (WOI), our employee resource group focused on connection, mentorship, and allyship. Through leadership spotlights, awareness campaigns, and peer-to-peer support, WOI helps ensure more voices are heard and more people have the opportunity to grow and lead.

Intermedia’s team spans North America, Europe, and Asia – bringing together a range of perspectives and experiences. We believe that a mix of backgrounds, experiences, and ideas helps us build smarter and serve better. That belief shapes how we collaborate, solve problems, and deliver for our customers. 

This commitment extends to our internship program as well, which gives early-career talent real opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute. Many of our interns return as full-time team members – helping shape the future of cloud communications from within.
