At Intermedia, culture isn’t a tagline – it’s something we build and sustain together. One example is our employee-led Culture Club, which brings people together through wellness initiatives, volunteer efforts, and programs that help us stay connected across teams and time zones. Another example is Women of Intermedia (WOI), our employee resource group focused on connection, mentorship, and allyship. Through leadership spotlights, awareness campaigns, and peer-to-peer support, WOI helps ensure more voices are heard and more people have the opportunity to grow and lead.
