The Intermedia Unite Partner Dashboard is a brand-new tool developed to help Intermedia partners to visualize and manage the service quality (QoS) that their Unite customers are experiencing. However, the real value of the Dashboard comes from its ability to notify partners as soon as incidents occur.
A QoS incident, depending on the thresholds you set, could be as subtle as a slight negative trend in call quality, imperceptible to our human ears. This allows partners time to diagnose and resolve potential network issues, well before user experience is impacted.
So, what’s in it for you?
No more wasted time
In the past, when a customer discovered quality issues like echoes or audio delays, they would call you. Then you would call us. Then we would investigate the issue, using our internal tools and expertise to help you figure it all out.
With the Partner Dashboard, there’s no more waiting on calls. You’ve been empowered as the expert to self-serve all the information you need, whenever you need it.
The Dashboard is clear and easy to understand
We’ve developed an interface that allows you to easily visualize which of your customers is experiencing an issue because the dashboard clearly highlights them. Just click on the customer to find out the type of quality issue that has been detected. Then, log straight into the customer’s individual QoS Dashboard to begin your diagnosis.
The Dashboard helps you to be PROACTIVE rather than Reactive
When Unite senses any type of problem – it notifies you, according to YOUR specifications. Simply decide which types of events you want to be notified of (negative trends or the number of poor connections.) Then, decide who should be notified. Last, choose your notification method: text and/or email. No crystal ball necessary.
The Envision Partner Dashboard is an included service for Intermedia partners with active Unite accounts.
Try it today by logging into your Partner Portal and selecting Voice services tools > Monitor your Unite Accounts.
